White Chocolate Cranberry Oat Cookies

These were fast, easy to make, and were a favorite during the holidays. The original recipe didn’t include the oats (we threw that in) and we used fresh cranberries instead of dried.

1/3 cup softened butter
1/2 brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
1.5 all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate
1/3 cup oats

1. Add butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla together.

2. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and add slowly while mixing.

3. Add the cranberries and oats.

4. Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees F.
